Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DocMind, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

UQDZ Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DocMind for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the application
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the application
  • Use the application for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create using DocMind. By submitting content to the service, you grant UQDZ Studio a limited license to process that content to deliver the service.

Disclaimers

DocMindis provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. UQDZ Studio does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UQDZ Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use DocMind.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to DocMind at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of DocMind after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
